Haiti Humanitarian Support Program
Meeting immediate needs while building long-term opportunity.
Our Haiti Humanitarian Support Program provides critical assistance to vulnerable children and adults facing severe economic hardship and limited access to essential services. Many families struggle to afford basic needs such as education, healthcare, food, and safe housing due to poverty and the demands of supporting multiple dependents. In response, the program offers direct, individualized support, including financial assistance for children’s education and essential resources to help stabilize households.
What we do
Did you know?
According to the World Bank, nearly 60% of Haiti’s population lives below the national poverty line, limiting many families’ ability to access essential needs such as education, healthcare, nutritious food, and safe housing, particularly among households supporting multiple dependents.
Haiti Thrive Initiative
In addition to education support, the program provides humanitarian aid such as food, clothing, shelter, and, when necessary, medical assistance for individuals who may otherwise be denied care due to inability to pay. By taking a holistic, family-centered approach, the program addresses both immediate needs and long-term stability, promoting dignity, improving quality of life, and creating pathways toward education, health, and self-sufficiency.
